Does this rotate?
This is a fixed illuminated mirror. There is no rotation offered.

Is it easy to replace the LED lights when they run out?
The LED lights in this are built-in so are non-replacable. Don`t let that put you off though, all good quality LED products have an average lamp life of around 20,000 hours, so for example if you used this mirror for 4 hours every day, you could expect the LED`s to last at least 13 years.

Does this mirror have a heated demister pad?
